How Livi works
We want to make healthcare more accessible to everyone. So we partner with NHS GP practices to offer free online appointments to registered patients. We also offer on-demand GP, nurse and physiotherapist appointments for patients whose GP practice is not yet registered with Livi.

We want to make healthcare more accessible to everyone. So we partner with NHS GP practices to offer free online appointments to registered patients. Livi is already available to 10 million people across the UK.
On-demand clinician appointments
We want quality healthcare to be available to everyone in the UK. An on-demand appointment with Livi costs £60. Depending on your symptoms, you'll be seen by the most appropriate clinician, which may be a GP, Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Physiotherapist. Appointments include prescription writing, private referrals and sick notes. There are no hidden costs and no waiting times with Livi.
How to book a clinician appointment with Livi
Download the Livi app
Sign up and select your NHS GP practice. If you’re not yet eligible for Livi on the NHS, choose pay-as-you-go.
Book your chosen time
Get an online consultation the same day or book ahead. The Livi clinician will video call you in the app.
Get help from a Livi clinician
Livi appointments include medical advice, prescription writing, sick notes and and referrals.
