How online therapy helps

At Livi, our therapists specialise in a form of online therapy called cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

CBT teaches you practical ways to improve your state of mind and help control your feelings. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques to reframe negative thoughts and break patterns of behaviour.

CBT can help treat lots of different mental health conditions. However, there may be some things we cannot treat.

For example, CBT may not be suitable for: grief or loss coping with learning difficulties severe and long-lasting mental health problems like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
