Talk to a therapist
We all feel low from time to time. But when these feelings last for a long time, it can be difficult to know how to cope or what to do next.

The first step to feeling better is to ask for help. We know this takes courage.

Our qualified therapists can give you expert advice and teach you practical techniques to help you take care of your mental health. Whatever you’re going through, we’re here to talk.

Need to talk to someone?

If you’re struggling with your mental health – whether you have feelings of anxiety, depression or something else – you’re not alone. We know it takes courage to reach out, but there’s lots of help and support available.

Our qualified therapists offer cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a form of talking therapy that uses techniques and exercises to change how you think and feel. They can give you expert advice and teach you practical techniques to help you take care of your mental wellbeing.
