Livi becomes Kry
In September, we're changing our name to Kry – the name we have carried in Sweden from the start. We chose it because it means something: Kry comes from the Swedish word that means to feel well, which is exactly what we want for you.
The care you know stays the same, just under a new name. You don't need to do anything.

What this change means for you
While the wider service you know and trust remains the same, the Livi name will be replaced with Kry. You may notice a new look and feel as the our new name rolls out across our app, website, and communications.
Everything else, like your care, your account and your history, stays exactly as it is. And as always, we’re here whenever you need us.
Our ambition has always been the same: to build Europe’s leading healthcare provider and help move healthcare into the future. Bringing everything together under one name is a natural step towards that goal.

The change takes place in September. You'll see Livi gradually become Kry, with no impact on your care along the way.
Kry is a Swedish word, so it has a Swedish sound – somewhere between "kree" and "krew." Don't worry about getting it perfect. We don't mind.
We are now taking the next step to improve care access, patient experience and efficiency by bringing our entire European operation under a single brand: Kry.
